Rosemary

Rosemary is quite shy unlike her sister, Pat. She prefers to read in near darkness in the crawl spaces of her father's butcher shop. Her father prefers for her to learn the family trade instead of reading crime fiction. He wants Rosemary and her sister to take over the shop when he is gone. But the sisters are reluctant to do so. They probably have good reasons.


Painting details:
This is an acrylic painting on a cutting board I found at a thrift store one day. I found two the same size, the other painting is called "Pat". The size measurements are around 5" x 8" for the cutting boards.
